Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use VoyaPin. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. By posting, you grant VoyaPin a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so it can be shown to others.

You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to share it. Don't post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that you don't have permission to use.

Don't harass others, post sexual content involving minors, spam, scrape the service, or attempt to break its security. Uploaded media is scanned and may be held or removed. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Any post, comment or profile can be reported in-app. Reports go to a moderation queue. Confirmed violations result in content removal and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Legally required records (e.g. abuse evidence) may be retained.
